Our primary service is a 10-day transformational retreat that includes:

1.5 Modifications to Terms
Gift of Life Retreats reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of such changes.
2. RETREAT BOOKING & PAYMENT
2.1 Booking Process
– Reservations for the Medicine Retreat are confirmed only after the deposit.
– Maximum group size is limited to 30 participants
– Bookings are not transferable to other individuals
2.2 Payment Terms
– A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
– Full payment must be received no later than 1 day before the retreat start date
– All prices are listed in euro and include accommodation and planned activities
– Additional services or personal expenses are not included in the retreat price
2.3 Cancellation Policy
By Participant:
– No refund
By Gift of Life Retreats:
– Full refund if we cancel the retreat
– We are not responsible for travel expenses incurred
2.4 Refund Policy
– Refunds will be processed within 30 business days
– Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
– No refunds for:
* Early departure from retreat
* No-shows
* Violation of retreat guidelines
* Force majeure circumstances
