Intinerary

Day 0

  • Transfer from the airport to the hotel:
    If you arrive before noon: lunch and dinner are provided. If you arrive after noon: only dinner is provided.

Day 1

  • 07:30 –  Breakfast at the hotel
  • 09:00 – Departure to the retreat center, 2-hour journey (Pucallpa – Curimana – Bello Horizonte)
  • 14:00 – Lunch at the retreat center (last meal with salt: cooked chicken.
  • 18:00 – Herbal tea.
  • Evening – Rest in your private tambo.

Day 2

  • 10:00 – Breakfast (salt-free)
  • All day: Consumption of medicinal plants.
  • 15:00 – Lunch at the retreat center (salt-free).
  • 18:00 – Ayahuasca Ceremony 
  • Evening – Rest in your private tambo


Day 3

  • 10:00 – Breakfast (salt-free).
  • 12:00 – High Energy group training
  • 15:00 – Lunch at the retreat center (salt-free).
  • 17:00 – McKenna Meditation
  • 18:00 – Integration Circle
  • Evening – Rest in your private tambo

Day 9

  • 10:00 – Breakfast (salt-free).
  • 11:00 – Jungle Tour 
  • 15:00 – Lunch at the retreat center 
  • 17:00 – Integration Circle
  • 18:00 – Cacao Dance
  • Evening – Rest in your private tambo

Day 10

  • 07:00 – Ayahuasca ceremony (until 12:00 PM).
  • 13:30 – Lunch: chicken soup (first salt meal)
  • After lunch: Bath by the creek.
  • Evening: Light dinner (tea and popcorn), then rest.

Day 11

  • 06:30 – Breakfast (fruits).
  • Return to Pucallpa (boat ride)
  • 13:00 – Lunch.
  • We explore Pucallpa (orphanage, traditional life, tuc tuc ride, shopping and many more. 

Day 12

  • 11:00 – Hotel check-out
  • Transfer to the airport
  • Everyone returns to their destinations based on their travel arrangements


Note:

  • Additional activities:  Activities and schedule may change based on the shaman’s instructions or certain circumstances. At the end of the retreat, any additional activities can be discussed and included in the itinerary.
  • Meals: Breakfast and lunch are salt-free and consist of brown rice, quinoa, fish, plantains, and other foods as instructed by the shaman.

Where you will stay

You will be hosted in a sacred space, deep within the jungle, where you’ll experience a profound connection with nature.  Each tambo offers a peaceful and private sanctuary, allowing you to rest and reflect on your inner journey.

What will you eat

The food served during the retreat is simple and pure, prepared with fresh, local vegetables and no salt, nourishing the body in a natural and balanced way. Guided by the teachings of the shamans, each meal is a ritual of cleansing and reconnection with nature, providing you with authentic energy and vitality. This diet supports your spiritual journey, helping you release toxins. 

La pièce de résistance

Right in the heart of the jungle, inside the Samsara Center, there is a spectacular natural waterfall that you can enjoy throughout the entire 10-day retreat. In your free time, this will definitely be one of your favorite things to do.

Peruvian Massage

Optional: Percy or a specialized therapist will offer you a therapeutic massage for an additional cost. They take care of an orphanage and all money are colected for this cause. At the end of our retreat, we will visit and get the chance to meet the kids. 

 During your stay in the jungle you will have the chance to get paintings, traditional clothes made by locals, crystals, precious stones, necklaces, and bracelets, all infused with sacred Amazonian plants with protective and healing effects.

What is an Ayahuasca retreat?

An Ayahuasca retreat is a sacred journey of healing and self-discovery where participants drink Ayahuasca, a powerful plant medicine, in a safe and guided environment led by very experienced shamans. The retreat includes ceremonies, integration sessions, and aditional activities

Yes, it is highly recommended to follow an Ayahuasca diet for at least two weeks before the retreat. This includes avoiding alcohol, caffeine, processed foods, dairy, red meat, spicy foods, and sexual activity. This preparation helps cleanse the body and mind for a more profound experience.

Yes, Ayahuasca is not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, severe mental health disorders, epilepsy, or those taking antidepressants (SSRIs, MAOIs). Please consult with us if you have any medical concerns before booking.

Ayahuasca is safe when taken in a controlled environment with very experienced shamans. It acts as a powerful tool for self-discovery, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening by expanding consciousness and bringing deep insights. However, following the preparation guidelines and disclosing any health conditions is crucial.

During the ceremony, participants drink Ayahuasca in a sacred setting and sit or lie down while the medicine takes effect. Each experience is unique and never the same. Some people have visions, emotional releases, or deep realizations, while others feel a strong sense of peace, connection, or guidance. The journey can be intense, but it is always transformative. The shamans guide the ceremony using Icaros (sacred songs), energy work, and prayers.

What should I bring?

Essential items include comfortable clothing, a flashlight, a journal, insect repellent, and any personal items that help you feel at ease in a jungle environment. A detailed packing list will be provided after booking.

You will stay in simple yet comfortable small traditional house called tambo surrounded by nature. Tambos are designed to support a peaceful experience.

Integration is a crucial part of the Ayahuasca journey. We provide guidance on how to process your experience through journaling, meditation, and other practices. We also offer post-retreat integration calls to support your transition. 

Our retreat takes place in an authentic jungle setting, guided by experienced shamans who follow traditional ancestral healing practices.  Don Fernando is one of the students of the greatest Ayahuasca teacher alive.

The price includes accommodation, Ayahuasca ceremonies, integration support, plant-based meals, guided activities, and shamanic healing. Flights and personal expenses are not included.
